You must return the package in 3 days with new and unused condition after you receive the package(s).
We pay the return postage if the goods have quality problem. In this case, the seller is responsible for return shipping fee. Please pay for return shipping fee, if you choose the wrong size, or you do not like the merchandise. We only can refund 65% money because we paid the shipping fee when we sent the parcel.
The credit card refund needs many days to complete according to the bank of your card. If you are in the remote area or your card from a small bank, the time may be longer. It takes about 7-20 business days.
Please contact us with your name and order email and order number when you want to exchange different size or color within 3 days. If you want to exchange other styles, you have to pay price spread. Also you must contact our cusomer service, they will help you. All exchange products, must keep their original condition, and are not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. You have to pay shipping fee and handling fee as well. Also you need to pay the additional 35% money because it takes shipping fee when the seller sends the parcel to you.
